Icelandic Provisions made delicious skyr. But no one knew about them, or what this weird sounding thing called “skyr” even was. To introduce them to a broader audience, we created two lovable characters to bring a taste of Iceland to America as unofficial Icelandic spokesman. Say halló to Jon and Gudmundr.
